Information we collect
Information you provide
The inquiry form requires a name, email address, and message. Company, phone, country, product, volume, specifications, logistics, support, and meeting preferences are optional.
Technical and attribution information
Our security endpoint processes limited request information such as IP address, request time, origin, and anti-bot verification. If present in the page address, referral and UTM campaign fields may accompany an inquiry so we can understand how the conversation began.
Please do not submit
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form. The form does not accept file uploads.
Why we use information
- To evaluate and respond to a request initiated by the visitor.
- To prepare product, logistics, technical-support, or meeting discussions.
- To protect the form, website, recipients, and infrastructure from abuse and automated traffic.
- To maintain necessary business records and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the visitor and applicable law, these activities rely on steps requested before a possible business relationship, legitimate interests in answering business inquiries and securing the service, consent where legally required, and compliance with legal obligations. Inquiry information is not automatically enrolled in marketing.
Required fields are identified in the form. Without them, we cannot identify the sender, reply, or understand the request. Optional fields may be left blank without preventing submission.
How long we keep information
Commercial inquiries are ordinarily deleted or anonymized within 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless an active business relationship, dispute, legal obligation, or documented business need requires a longer period. Short-lived anti-abuse records are retained only for their configured security window. Public-document translation cache entries expire after 30 days.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, a person may request information and access, correction or updating, deletion, objection, suspension or restriction, portability, and review of decisions based solely on automated processing. Consent may be withdrawn when consent is the relevant legal ground, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send a request to info@motmot.store with enough information to identify the relevant interaction and the right being exercised. We may request proportionate identity verification before releasing or changing information. A person may also raise a concern with Ecuador’s Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales (opens in a new tab) or another competent authority.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted form fields, bot verification, rate limiting, server-side validation, and authenticated email delivery to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so visitors should use the form only for appropriate business information.
We may update this notice when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. A material update will be identified by a revised effective date.
